Shriranga K Sudhakara

Before co-founding VYOMA™, Shriranga was a full time consultant for Vale Communications, an Out-Of-Home advertising company in Bangalore. He pioneered a unique business model with the Indian Railways, which gave birth to Location Based Advertising through Digital media in the Railways. Through his interactions with various media agencies, he envisioned the potential in the Out Of Home Digital Industry in India, and with his out of the box thinking, excellent communication, marketing and networking skills, he has been instrumental in creating a niche for VYOMA™. Shriranga graduated from the University of Tulsa, USA in 2002, with a Major in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Minor in Economics. After returning from the US, he joined Way2Wealth Securities Private Limited, a leading financial services company in India and was instrumental in setting up their Portfolio Management Services (PMS) desk. He is also an excellent tennis player having represented India in various international tournaments across the globe.
Air Commodore DK Hegde, VSM(Retd), BE, MBA, FIE

Subsequent to his retirement from IAF, Air Commodore Hegde served as the Vice President of a leading network telecommunication corporation for 3 years, where he was responsible for network engineering for mobile communications. Air Commodore DK Hegde has over 35 years of experience as commissioned officer of the Indian Air Force (IAF) in Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics). While in IAF, he specialized in Avionics, Microwave communication, Training and Maintenance management & Project Management. He is a recipient of many awards including, a Gallantry Award during 1971 war & Presidential award (Vishisht Seva Medal) for his distinguished service in the IAF. He is also a Chartered Engineer (India) and with his vast experience, Air Commodore Hegde is the driving force behind implementation of Vyoma projects.
Dr. Madan Mohan Ballal
( Director)
Dr. Ballal co-founded Serve & Volley™ in 1996, an Out-Of-Home advertisement company ranked amongst the top few in the country today. After exiting from Serve & Volley™ in 2002, Dr. Ballal launched Vale Communications, which amassed over 150 outdoor billboards under his guidance and has been a profit making company since inception. He has excellent networking skills and vast experience in setting up and running successful companies in the Out Of Home advertising sector. Dr. Ballal has been instrumental for Vyoma in establishing rapport with both Government and Corporate entities across India. Dr. Ballal is an orthopedic surgeon by profession and also an ace tennis player.
Chandra Venkatraman (Technology Advisor - Non-Executive Director)
Chandra has 30 years experience in digital signal processing, hardware, networking and computing. He has worked at TIFR, Bell Northern Research, Hewlett Packard, and Arula, of which he was founder and Chairman of the Board. He has achieved 8 patents to date and has disclosed a number of notable inventions. Chandra started venture-funded Arula Systems (web based secure management appliance) from within HP. After 4 years with Arula, he sold the company to Raritan Computers in New Jersey. He has developed various product ideas for HP: HEHAW (Hey, Everything Has A Webpage), PrintCast (Augmenting the TV viewing experience with Print), embedded JVM, Desktop-as-a-Service, Wireless PBX, and much more. He also sits on advisory boards for other companies in the industry.
Abhishek Laxminarayan

Abishek Laxminarayan is the co-founder of Indavest LLC, a US and India based Venture Management company. Indavest has nurtured Vyoma since its early stages with hands-on assistance and angel-level investments. Abishek founded his first company in Bangalore in early 2005, Surya Infotainment Products. After purchasing interests in the companies of L.B. Publishers and Distributors, Abishek leveraged his experience in finance and technology, and his knack for leadership in business, to turn SIP into a profit-making enterprise. The company is now growing at an astounding annual rate of 30% thanks to Abishek's leadership. Prior to this highly successful entrepreneurial venture in Bangalore, Abishek had highly-praised careers in Investment banking (M&A) for Lehman brothers, and IT Project management for Deutsche Bank. Abishek is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE).
Gregory Artzt

Gregory Artzt is the co-founder of Indavest LLC. In February of 2005, Greg left his successful career at Citigroup in New York to join two colleagues in launching Element Capital Fund, a large hedge fund seeded by Vega Asset Management. With a small team of four, Greg was integral in all aspects of business and infrastructure development. Greg was able to assist Element in providing consistently impressive returns to its investors. Prior to this venture on the "buy-side", Greg spent three years on the "sell-side" working for Citigroup in Municipal bonds structured products and proprietary trading, as well as Interest-rate options trading.
